The MegaPro redefines how you workout.

As Science advances, so does Lagree Fitness Equipment, The MegaPro being the newest and most current adaptaion of the Megaformer comes equipped with added Ramps. The Megaformer Ramp will allow users to burn more calories and build more muscle. When The Megaformer Ramp is elevated, different muscle groups are targeted, allowing the anatomy of each exercise to be changed with the same movements and without need for modifying a workout.

Slow Twitch Muscle Fibers

Our workout is designed to engage slow twist muscle fibers, known for supporting extended endurance activities through deliberate, slow paced movements that will burn fat and sculpt lean muscle.

New to Lagree?

Your first class is FREE! (We know you'll love it that much)

Things to help be prepared for your first class:

  1. Sticky socks are mandatory for class. They aid in both sanitation and safety. If you do not have a pair we have them for purchase.

  2. The Lagree Method can be challenging and humbling. Please maintain a positive and open attitude. We encourage you to listen to your body and your instructor.

  3. Arrive 10-15 minutes early. We like to take time to break down the machine more in-depth and answer any questions you may have!
