Cancellation Policy

At Nourish Lagree & Wellness, our classes have limited spots and are often fully booked. Our cancellation policy helps ensure that all clients have a fair opportunity to attend class while respecting the time and preparation of our instructors.

Class Cancellations

Clients may cancel their class reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled class time without penalty.Cancellations made within 12 hours of class are considered a late cancellation and will incur a $25 late cancel fee.

No Shows

If you are still booked into class and do not attend or cancel your reservation, it will be considered a no show, and a $35 no show fee will be applied.ClassPass & Wellhub BookingsClients who book through ClassPass or Wellhub must manage cancellations directly through their respective platforms.Because these reservations are made through third-party services, Nourish Lagree & Wellness does not have the ability to modify, refund, or return credits for these bookings. Any questions regarding missed classes, late cancellations, or credit returns must be handled directly with ClassPass or Wellhub support.

Why We Have This Policy

Our Lagree classes have a limited number of Megaformer machines available.
